Titan Consulting – Frisco, TX
Starting in 2014, I began working with companies across the country help handle SAP projects varying from staff augmentation to 1st phase implementations. These projects include enhancements to their current ERP, interfacing with other tools (EX. SalesForce, TMS tools, JDE), and the deployment of Titan's own IP, easyApps for SAP with a SaaS model. This included negotiation of IP costs, staff aug needs around the project, and service/maintenance terms.
2014: Implementation and Go-Live of new SAP HANA cloud database tools for transactional reporting. Worked with a North American HVAC company and consulting team to help implement a day to day reporting tool to help reduce cost of short shipments to customers. Worked through the bid, proposal, and staffing process to meet an on time, on budget roll out the saved the client almost $2.5M in yearly expenses. Total cost of the project was less than $750K.
2015: Engaged with an International car manufacturer to deliver a mobile ESS/MSS tool. Process included scope definition, technical requirements, and end-to-end design of the tool. Leveraged their current SAP environment to provide employee ESS services, as well as text alerts, manager communication, and other HR services.
2016: Engaged with a wholesale distribution company to help address need for mobility in the sales process. Sat down with sales team, C level group, and directors to identify needs, understand the problem, and demo Titan's easyPrice solution. Solution provided mobile enablement of SKU look up, quote build, and order creation. Increased GM percentage on sales with tool by over 6% on average, with instances of 15%. Currently working with the same firm to build an inside sales tool for the same purpose with greater functionality. Environment included SAP's new C4C sales tool for HANA. Responsibilities include building project plans, identifying resources, budget monitoring, and other project management duties. The tools are directly tied to an E-Commerce platform as well as customer facing portal.
2018: Worked with the same wholesale distribution team to deliver an E-POD tool to score card the last mile of their supply chain. Tool allowed the firm to enable a paperless process, saving them almost 4 hours daily, 1 full time employee, and paper costs at all 30 US distribution centers. Integrated with the SAP FI module to automate billing and PGI process as well. Eliminated 2 layers of customization, moving closer to SAP best practice in the PGI and Billing area. Enabled the company to provide real time visibility of delivery vendors. Helped manage and deliver an on time, on budget experience for the end customer and their partners.
