Human Resources Assistant/Customer Account Representative 2002- 2006

U. S. Army Recruiting Battalion Atlanta, GA

Duties:

Utilizing military databases, and Microsoft Office Suites, including excel and Outlook. Independently acted as the battalion’s (BN) awards technician to collect, audit, analyze, and maintain statistics while administering policies related to recruiting production to support the Army Recruiting Incentive Awards Program according to Army Regulation 672-10, USAREC messages, Memo of Instruction (MOI), and directives. Served as liaison between the Battalion staff and civilian vendors for purchasing of award presentation items and supervised all Summer Hire Program students within the department.
