PROFESSIONAL HISTORY:

HP (Contract) Sept 2016 – Mar 2017, Manufacturing Associate 5, Duties that I successfully carry out are to operate various robotic manufacturing equipment on the factory floor. Complete all associated required documentation, while working with company engineers on tool troubleshooting and process improvement. Follow all safety rules and regulations, assist in new documentation regarding the manufacturing processes.

SAIC (NIEF SPAWAR System Center San Diego) 2013-2015, Production Floor Supervisor. Duties I successfully carry out are to include but are not limited to the following. I supervise all integration staff on the production floor. I am the floor expert, mentoring production staff in manufacturing techniques and ISO compliance procedures to minimize QA failures during inspection. I established and maintained a standard of performance for the production staff ensuring ISO compliance throughout. I ensure that continual improvement with overall quality of product is practiced. Place employees on verbal and written counseling as needed. Maintain our NIEF Label Drawer, including receipt and distribution of all labels to the Production floor. this position, I oversee an approximate staff of 11 direct reports and reported directly to the Production Manager. I conducted General oversight of the production floor day-to-day operations and Worked with Production Planners, to determine manufacturing priorities and allocate the resources. I also ensured that the production staff are cross trained by rotating staff onto different projects. I completed two Management courses, thru I Lead. To mentor junior Assemblers/Integrators. Maintain all associated engineering materials associated with the system builds. Responsible for maintaining the build schedule and reporting daily progress. Responsible for inventorying all material delivered to my line. Insure travelers are to current builds Revisions. Integrate and install metal frame work and cable harnessing of the Automated Digital Networking Systems and SCI networks. Lead Technician, coordinate the production of the Fiber Optic Land Line Interface and Copper Land Line interface systems. Lead Technician, in developing and producing the MCM system. Modified and tested Power Distribution Units, Crystal servers, Cisco Routers, HP712 computers, Cisco 4500’s, 3620’s, 2901, 3945 and 3745’s routers. Coordinated the production of SCI Network Systems /upgrade kits and the ADNS systems. Schlumberger Corporation Singapore, (1992 – 1994). Technician, for Seismic Data

Acquisition. Responsible for the recording and documentation of Seismic data.

Responsible for electrical testing analysis, troubleshooting and repair of

electronic equipment, including tape drives, power supplies, hydrophones,

printers, PCs, streamer cables and shipboard communications equipment.

Responsible for onboard safety compliance and procedures. Liaison between the

onboard oil company representatives and Schlumberger.

Western Geophysical Singapore, (1989 – 1992). Technician, Seismic Data Acquisition.

Performed electrical testing, troubleshooting, analysis and repair of recording

and communications equipment including ship-to-ship sequencing and timing

equipment. Troubleshooting and analysis on hydrophone circuits onboard and

in-seal amplifier modules. Fabricated and reworked sheet metal and structural

metal as needed to maintain the integrity of our Seismic exploration needs.

Maintained and repaired the in-sea streamers. Located rough analysis, short

circuits in the streamers. Troubleshoot ambient noise interference problems,

tested and redeployed the streamers.
