This web application provides tools and resources to streamline the service and parts logistics inquiries. SVO is an online Service Order Request Tool used to request replacements for units covered under warranty or service contract or for ordering billable service replacements (service orders not covered under warranty or service contract).

ASTQ (Advanced Service Transaction Quoting)

To address the issues like several global inconsistencies in the process for creating a customer quote and margin analysis for AS Transaction deals stated problem, Cisco established the AS-T project to develop a systems tool which solved the problem.
