As much as I wanted to purchase an existing business, I couldn't locate one with the basic sales and equipment I

In my time at Precision I was able to increase productivity 15%, reduce FTE to a level with the work load,
eliminate bottle necks that impeded the operation and improve margins. My intent in going to Precision was to purchase the company, which didn't happen as the owner decided not to sell.

My responsibilities were for the entire of the plant as if it was a stand alone operation, rather than part of a larger
