Reports to Chef in Charge.

Strong knowledge of different types of food preparation, Presentation methods techniques, and quality standards.
Cuisine knowledge Main kitchen, Banquets, Alacarte, Cold Kitchen, Pizza section, French, Mexican, Italian, Continental, Spanish, Asian food, Different kinds of setup for Buffet good knowledge.
Assisting Chef in all Kitchen duties.

Check all areas assigned in regard to sanitation and hygiene contamination of any kind.
Report all accidents, health and safety hazards to the Sous Chef.
