Work directly with customers to gather, scope and understand business requirements, and steer them towards companies best practice solutions to the extent possible
Follow up with the Client’s end users to validate the mateiral delivered, achieve signoff from the client
Work in conjunction with the team to set and manage customer expectations around deliverables.
Should be responsible to manage and communicate issues to customer and internal teams.
Manage issues and track timeline of deliverables, and proactively keep the Client informed of progress.
Should have basic knowledge on how use of the system, new functionality, etc.
Should have strong verbal and written communications skills
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum of 0 to 6 months of experience
Back Office Requirements: Detailed hands-on knowledge about industry standard back office processing.
Should showcase strong demonstrable record of customer service.
An individual need to understand customer needs and build effective relationships.
An individual must be able to convey plans, issues and concerns to clients and team members in clear, logical and concise manner.
Must be customer driven, have the ability to work within a team environment, and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer.
