Department of Energy) and held positions in different capacities as Environmental Protection Specialist, Environmental Engineer, General Engineer, Administrator and Manager. Also have worked in private sector as Quality Control Engineer, Quality Assurance Manager, Environmental Engineer, Consultant in Engineering and Management Area. Managed and directed over 12 years non profit and tax exempt charity organizations. Worked with several non-profit organizations and have extensive experience and skills of donation management, non-profit accounting, data management and events coordination activities.


Developed and implemented multiyear plans, prepared operating budgets, managed all administrative operations and actively participated development,achievement and implementation of organizational plans and policies.

Provided technical advice, regulatory guidance and assistance to contractors and supervisors and staff.

Negotiated contracts, evaluated on-site operations to insure effective implementation of contractual and other requirements.
