Ordering of all office supplies, handled and processed all incoming phone calls, made travel arrangements for all upper management personnel, set up all conference calls, bridges, meetings, rooms, etc. Worked with Accounts Payable manager to ensure all insurance agents were paid in a timely manner. SERVICE DELIVERY PROJECT MANAGER AT&T 03/02 TO 06/16

Implemented and project managed the migration of a major national banks frame relay network to AT&T’s platform with 0 errors. 100% satisfaction from bank president. Weekly calls to discuss status of all their orders. Along with this work, I helped HR generalist by doing all FMLA forms and ensuring FMLA dept received them with 0 errors. I kept employee training compliance at 100% each quarter and yearly. Heavy work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
