Served as project manager for the latest software conversion from Property Plus to a new web based solution called Streamline for about 2 years. After successfully converting the organization to Streamline. I was asked to take on the additional role of Sharepoint administrator /developer, which I have been doing for the past few months. Work directly with business unit managers and staff to evaluate and improve workflow, data storage and communication processes by developing SharePoint solutions to complex business challenges. Maintain source code and documentation to ensure controlled development of all projects. Test and document all deliverables before deployment. Educate managers and key staff on how to use new SharePoint solutions. Perform routine administrative and maintenance tasks on SharePoint systems as required to ensure proper operation.

Monitor project progress - mainly Streamline but other projects as needed - by tracking activities, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. Served as a Business Analyst for our entire organization, which consists of a Vacation Rental Management company, a Service and Housekeeping division, a Century 21 Real Estate affiliate, and 2 commercial laundrys. Oversaw the continued development of a proprietary system called MIS, which was continually developed as a middle-wear application that made up for some of the inadequacies of the PP software (mostly in the housekeeping scheduling and service side of the business). Managed a team of 4-6 people, who were tasked with the administrative duties involved with the Vacation Rental side of the business. This was typically payment processing, data entry, data integrity and back office tasks related to refunds - basic administration.

Headed a software conversion from an antiquated DOS based system (RMS) to a newer more reliable system (Property Plus - formerly a HomeAway software product).
