Oversee 18 to 28 production lines daily to insure productivity, quality, and safety targets are met. I currently oversee 5 to 9 Team leaders and a team of area leaders and associates of 73 to 130.I assist in maintaining a yearly budget along with scrap targets, order supplies for production area, along with monitoring manpower in production areas. Other responsibilities are to lend or get support from other departments for machine and or quality issues. I am self motivated and can help develop a successful and profitable team. Some accomplishments I consider are, that I have mentored (developed) many associates to move up into leadership roles 4 current Team Leaders, 1 Assistant Manager and several subleaders which now have their own lines of responsibilities. I created and implemented ways to communicate targets and goals that allows associates to take ownership which in turn has a positive impact on moral and helps achieve company goals.

My responsibilities included Cleaning and sterilizing equipment along with putting surgical trays together. I also answered calls and delivered needed supplies to Doctors and nurses for procedures that weren’t stocked on the floors, checked supplies in our department and on floors to insure the supplies needed were available and Expiration dates were kept current, when needed I monitored supplies and placed orders to restock. I had responsibilities to assist in training of new associates and was on call on weekends for unscheduled procedures / emergencies.

I’m very respectful and respected while communicating, I work hard and become very involved in my job and task that are issued, I’m a people person and I have the ability to motivate my team to give 100%. I’m a very detailed oriented person. If I can’t find a way to figure something out I will bring together a team to find the most effective way. I don’t ever ask anyone to do something I wouldn’t do myself. One of my greatest strengths is communicating improvements and taking in feedback to make sure all departments affected have an understanding and work with them to achieve the most successful plan. Whether I am presenting information to upper management or my associates, I am very passionate and willing to go above and beyond for the success of the team.
