I have experience in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim. Projects range from 50 million to 1 billion and larger. Additionally I have facilitated the sale of large niche market portfolios to premier Wall Street firms. This is ongoing business and sales typically are upwards of 100 mil . 2008-2013 CEO Virogen Inc. Biotech startup with patented technology revolutionizing the poultry industry worldwide. Technology specifically addressed vaccination requirements to protect chicken flocks against Newcastle disease which is a lethal virus the can wipe out entire poultry farm in as little as 24 hours. Every country in the world requires its poultry population be vaccinated for this disease. Company was a publicly traded firm. Thus have an extensive background as the CEO with all compliance and reporting requirements associated with a public company. The operations of the company required worldwide travel, as the largest markets were Asia, the Middle East and South America. Managed all aspects of the operation inclusive of research and development, USDA approval process which is extensive, Marketing, Sales and Business Development worldwide, Investor Relations, and Capital Investments.

2004- 2008 CEO Tiger Team Technologies. Startup Technology firm created to address the ongoing threats to enterprise level networks worldwide. Developed a suite of tools to address these needs with more emphasis placed on an offensive solution rather than defensive which was and continues to be the industry norm. As CEO I was responsible for all aspects of the operation of the company as delineated above as the primary CEO responsibility. The company was a publicly traded firm.

1992 -2004 Operated my own practice as a Management Consultant. Functioned on a contract basis as a CEO, CFO, VP Sales and Marketing an other executive management positions. Experience in logistics and distribution, banking and finance, industrial manufacturing, information technology and data mining as well as the agricultural industry. Also functioned as a turnaround specialist for distressed companies mid market and up.

Extensive experience with the EPA and state and local agencies. Clients included most if not all of the fortune 500 industrial companies nation wide. Negotiated 500 mil cleanup contract with major aerospace firm .
