Summary
I have food service experience, I have worked at McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and Dairy Queen, also at Wendy’s. I have prepared food and ran the cash registers, taken orders and I’ve worked my way up from the front cleaning tables and becoming a manager at a Wendy’s. I have child care experience from working a day care. I have worked for Home Instead Senior Care where I would help with laundry and giving the senior citizens a bath and cleaning their homes. I also have experience in Maid Services at a Hotel where I would clean rooms and the lobby area. I have worked at UPS for the past 17 years where I started out sorting the packages to training to supervising and then I got certified for Hazmat spill cleanup. Then I became a package driver delivering packages to homes and business. I got promoted to an office position answering phones, radio and controlling the belts in the Hub from a computer from starting the belts to shutting the belts off, due to package jams or for the end of the day. I am a people person I get along with everyone.

Started out in the hub handling packages unloading and loading trailers and air containers, worked at a fast pace to meet tight deadlines. Operated office equipment such as copiers and fax machines. Entered information into the computer databases, looked up information with computer programs and managed calls up to four calls per minute and the radio at the same time while on the computer controlling the belts.
Accomplishments
I was recognized by peers and management for going above and beyond my normal job functions and being proactive and getting task done without being told to do. Been promoted to manager level and team leader.
