Professional Overview

Solutions Architect (Feb. 2011-Present) Infinite Evolution Consulting

Engaged Fortune 100 Company Executives to strategize on future infrastructure needs:

27 years of experience in engineering development and Solution Architecture in the field.

Consulted on existing enterprise infrastructure (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Operations and IT), future needs of the corporation and maximization of short-term/long-term profitable revenue growth.

Interviewed senior stakeholders to determine three to five-year goals, evaluate enterprise systems, and recommend strategies to enhance asset performance.

Interviewed Business Team Owners and collaborated with IT stakeholders to design and implement a streamlined enterprise IT solution to feed near-term and long-term goals. Goal is to keep business operationally viable while mapping and quantifying the growth of the company over time.

Mentored Senior Executives and Business Team Owners on trends and technologies that will provide a bridge from their current infrastructure to positioning for future needs.

Drove top and bottom line Revenue results based on industry trends through the use of Strategic Partnerships, Revenue Sharing and Partnerships that leverage Strategic Partners in multiple disciplines including web/Ap. Development, storage and retrieval and variable data customization.

Used existing and new technologies to automate and integrate the customers workflow. The software applications I’ve developed range from automated manufacturing and tracking through custom (quantity one) sheet music manufacturing.

All of the Solutions I’ve architected have been real-time/near-time trackable. In the Retail space the ability to track each order down to the component level is extremely important. The solutions I’ve developed have provided real-time tracking across the entire enterprise from order inception to manufacturing through assembly and packing/shipping. A true end-to-end solution.

Implemented a cloud solution at Office Depot whereby it was a no-cost/low-cost point of entry. I introduced a third-party to Office Depot who had no money to improve their infrastructure and convinced the third-party to build the Solution and charge Office Depot on a pay-as-you-go Solution.

I’ve tied all aspects of IT infrastructures into one clearing house whereby a customizable web-based dashboard was developed to track all activity on an order, from inception through delivery. The dashboard is customizable based on the end-users role. Accounting, sales, marketing, operations, shipping, Executives, etc.

Implemented migrations of legacy desktop operating systems for Microsoft Windows 7 for 1400 Office Depot locations.

In my role I serve as a translator and integration specialist to achieve the desired result. My background across multiple platforms and integration tools has proven to be my strength in Solution Development.
