The solutions I’ve developed have provided real-time tracking across the entire enterprise from order inception to manufacturing through assembly and packing/shipping. A true end-to-end solution.

Implemented a cloud solution at Office Depot whereby it was a no-cost/low-cost point of entry. I introduced a third-party to Office Depot who had no money to improve their infrastructure and convinced the third-party to build the Solution and charge Office Depot on a pay-as-you-go Solution.

I’ve tied all aspects of IT infrastructures into one clearing house whereby a customizable web-based dashboard was developed to track all activity on an order, from inception through delivery. The dashboard is customizable based on the end-users role. Accounting, sales, marketing, operations, shipping, Executives, etc.

Implemented migrations of legacy desktop operating systems for Microsoft Windows 7 for 1400 Office Depot locations.
