Started working as a Superintendent, but due to my previous experience and performance, during the first year I was promoted to Project Manager, managing several projects at the same time and in many occasions, also filling in the position of a superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Safety Officer and aid in the design process of some projects. In the beginning of 2017, NAVFAC in Camp Pendleton was considering not renewing Cyber’s JOC contract due to the multiple problems because of the poor management of the previous Project Manager. In April, Cyber decided to send me to replace the Project Manager to improve the situation and solve the pending issues.
