VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

FPG FORT WORTH, TX 2017-PRESENT

I was responsible for overseeing the operations department, which handled the day- to-day flow of information and scheduling, as well as recruiting, hiring, training, office management, and inventory. I managed a team of client experience coordinators that worked directly with our clients to fulfill their training contracts by scheduling calls and seminars, printing and shipping training materials, and uploading weekly video lessons. I was responsible for our finance department, including A/P, A/R, payroll, monitoring cash flow. I also handled all legal matters and was responsible for improving company culture through initiatives like reviews and employees recognition.
