2)CAMS – Customer Authentication Management System:

Online Banking Refresh: Customer Authentication Management Services (CAMS) is a One-Time Password (OTP) based Authentication solution to replace the existing User Security Authentication process (USB token and Multifactor authentication) for International Internet Banking website.

4) IVR - Telephone Banking

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is a Telephone Banking which is performed through TeleScotia to enable Customers to bank 24 X7 for services like Acccount Enquiries, Bill Payments, Transfers, Forex Enquiries, Password reset(PAC Reset), EMV Chip Credit Card activation.

IPS is a new business banking service layer that sits between the external payments systems LEAP and Scotia bank’s core banking system. IPS will contain most country-specific settings, parameters and validations that are configurable upon request by sites. IPS can exist in both ACH and Non-ACH sites.

Investigation Analyst

I worked as Investigation Analyst in RBC, and my responsibilities are to investigate all the returned instruments (Cheques, Drafts, Bonds) processed by all branches which come through Symcor.

This job required to access many RBC applications (Service Platform(Siebel), Sales Platform, IRIS, IBM OnDemand and AS400 to discover the reason for the return.

During my tenure at RBC I also performed End User Testing of following software application to go paperless.

Cheque Image Exchange (IRIS): CIE is a multi-layer project within RBC Financial Group is developed to become compliant with the Canadian Payments Association (CPA) mandate to exchange and settle payment items via digital images. The objective of this application is to provide a paperless cheque clearing and settlement environment.
