Trust Receipts are receipts for loans that are to be held in trust for the lender (Bear Stearns). This is an enhancement project with many new Trust Receipts being added and later redesigned using Struts framework to support multi user functionality. The project has four modules.

1. View and Edit.

2. Send Custodian Instructions.

3. Audit and Alert.

4. Deviations.

The View displays all the types of Trust Receipts. In this module there are provisions to Search a Trust Receipt and also refresh the Trust Receipt data. Edit allows you to update various details of a Trust Receipt. The Trust Receipts and all the details are send to JP Morgan Chase by the Sent Custodian Instructions Module. JP Morgan Chase acknowledges them and ensures the client for whom Bear Stearns has issued a Loan does not default. Audit lists all the file transactions between transactions between Bear Stearns and JP Morgan Chase and Alert displays all the errors in the file transactions between Bear Stearns and JP Morgan Chase.
