Work History: Aug 2017 to May 2018, Regional Facilities Manager with City Facilities Management FL LLC

Responsible for all maintenance activities at 42 Winn Dixie grocery stores in the southwest Florida region.

Direct supervision of two supervisors, seven RHVAC technicians, and seven Multi-skilled technicians

Direct/indirect supervision of numerous subcontractors.

Meet with District Managers, Store Managers, and Department Managers to discuss maintenance needs.

Work History: Feb 2007 to May 2017, Engineering Manager with Wild Turkey Distillery.

Responsible for all plant maintenance and utility operations in a state of the art Distillery and Bottling facility. During my tenure we built a new Distillery, Packaging facility, Visitor Center, and 6 new barrel warehouses. I was responsible for the startup and debugging of all these new facilities.

Direct/indirect supervision over maintenance supervisors, a maintenance planner, electricians, mechanics, carpenters, general laborers, boiler operators, waste water treatment operators and store room clerks.

Responsible for 3 million dollar maintenance budget and 1.2 million dollar utility operating budget. Prepared and updated the 5 year Capital plan. Capital spending exceeded 120 million dollars during my tenure.

Responsible for meeting all government mandated clean air and water standards.

Performed project management of new equipment installations and automation upgrades.

Established plant standards for Square D electrical distribution, Allen Bradley motor controls, Endress Hauser instrumentation, and Rockwell Control Logix automation software.

Wrote the preventative maintenance program for all new equipment.

Instituted the work order system using smart phones. Technicians received their work orders and schedules via the phones and completed their work orders as well. We also used them to track maintenance downtime in real time. This information was used to help determine OEE in the Packaging facility.

Acted as the primary contact for all risk insurance inspections to include all fire system testing and prepared detailed facility information used during these inspections.

Jan 2005 to Feb 2007, Staff Engineer with Pernod Ricard, Seagram Lawrenceburg Distillery

Performed project management of new equipment installations such as chillers, electrical switchgear, transformers, and large storage tanks.

Directed major maintenance activities on critical plant equipment such as Medium Voltage Electrical Distribution Equipment, Chillers, Deep Water Wells, Rotary Steam Tube Dryers, Electrostatic Precipitators, Coal Pulverizers, Sewer Lift Stations, and Distillation Columns.
