Responsible for all aspects of account administration. This includes maintaining the client databases, completion of RFP’s in a timely fashion and chase any outstanding RFP accounts, collation of rates, issuing contracts, rate loading and business planning process

Responsible for the all aspects of the Leisure Memberships. This includes member database, dealing with day to day enquiries, processing the applications for members, issuing the parking permits and leisure membership cards. Maintaining the members database with payment details and chasing renewals

Research for new events in the area and keep an up to date calendar (database)

Respond to guests reviews on social media accounts

Co-ordinate all marketing activities for the hotel from collateral production, direct mailing, website updates and promotions on the website, creating posters for internally and externally advertising, photographic library and monitoring of our marketing effectiveness.
