Keep track of billing check list spread sheet and update monthly, add approved change orders to billing check list, and add all billing submitted for the month. Follow up with project managers on the billing for the month. Submit approved billing. Follow up with the Contractors on unapproved change orders that we have submitted for approval on work that was completed.
