Responsible for maintaining Microsoft NT, 2000 server network with over fifty Win98 desktop systems and associated peripheral devices.

Built replacement desktop systems and upgraded the corporate Compaq server with faster CPU’s, additional memory, BIOS updates and doubled hard drive capacity to allow for storage growth in RAID array which was becoming full from years of non-purging of old files.

I was also the primary co-ordination person for the 130 million dollar project upgrade at AFGWC referred to as phase-2 and as such directly responsible for the hardware and vendor selection process which was implemented over the next two years. This process involved many months of planning and meeting’s between officials and selected vendors in order to meet the government’s strict outline encompassing this large scale project and resulted in an overall doubling of processing power cutting weather pattern analysis times in half and quadrupling the amount of data storage.
