I am seeking a full-time position as a certified draftsman. I would like to gain a position that would enable me to use my AutoCAD, Microsoft, Inventor and communication skills, along with the opportunity for advancement based on my education and achievement. I am particularly interested in drawing pipe/mechanical designs.

As you will notice on my résumé, there is a significant employment gap from 2013 until December 2017; this is because I was in a serious automobile accident on May 15, 2013 right after getting my degree on May 8, 2013. I am now more determined than ever to achieve my goals. Throughout my extensive recovery, I have been studying a book AutoCAD and its Application’s 2016 so that I will be able to enter the work force again stronger than ever. I took another course in advanced cad (3D). It was a semester course from January - April 2017. I took it in order to enhance my productivity. I also drew a 3D book: AutoCAD 2017 Tutorial Second Level 3D Modeling. I know AutoCAD really good both 2D & 3D.

I look forward to hearing from you to set an appointment for an interview. Please feel free to call me at 601-***-**** or e-mail me at at your convenience. I am eager to begin working for your outstanding facility.

Thank you for taking the time to review my résumé.
