Worked as Principal with Vibgyor High CBSE Surat center. Worked with them since the construction period, setting the startup school with all recruitments and trainings for the staff. Organizing annual events like Annual Day, Sports Day, Christmas carnival, culminating days,grandparents day, etc.

Handling a staff of 75. I have been able to get on rolls an admission of around 300 in the first year, and 550 plus in second year. Preparing all documents for Gujarat government recognition and CBSE affiliation.

PRINCIPAL MAY’14 TO SEPT’16

Worked with White Lotus International School as Principal. Selected by Aster institutions Delhi to promote and develop the new branch in Surat. Established the school from day one. Interacting with parents, planning, marketing, curriculum designing, recruitment, training, conducting observations. Corresponding with DEO and registering with Gujarat government, filling for affiliation with CBSE. Worked from inception on infrastructural developments, annual calendar planning. Organizing annual function, picnics and tours.

Appointed by SBR Maheshwari Vidyapeeth to provide leadership direction to one of the leading senior secondary school of Surat for 1800 students. Budget development, human resources, curriculum/program development administration and public relations.
