Review Accounts Payable aging and make timely payments to Vendors. Review Accounts Receivable aging and prepare statements and/or invoices to customers each month.

Create weekly “Flash Reports” for the President and Controller of company for weekly financial meeting

Monthly reconciliations of company bank accounts and management of all company credit cards and reconciliations.
