Job Responsibilities :
Manage and motivate the team to work to achieve the goals set for the desired results.
Compile all the complaints and mistakes received from customers, and resolve them as per the procedures, to reflect an honorable image of the group or submit them to the direct charge, if necessary, to take the necessary action.
Follow up of All mails, internal as well external ( External units, call centre)

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Direct supervise the receiving process of the shipments and verify the accuracy of data entry.
Make a comparison between the number of physically received shipments report and the receiving report from customer, to make sure the data entry is done properly.
Supervise and monitor the returning process for undelivered shipments to customers as per the signed contracts.
Taking messages for clients as they require: straight onto their phones, via voicemail or written.
Checking inventory to maintain and control of stock loss and the damages
Receiving and dispatching mails&all the courier for company as well as staff ( domestic & international ).
Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Segregate the shipment between staff as per followed procedure in the unit.
After calling customers, segregate the shipments to categories as per calling unit procedures to specify the next action.
Follow up shipments movements to other units in the delivery centre as per shipment data.
Follow up counter staff works, and solve all customers’ problems when they occur to show honorable image of the group for customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
