NAME OF VESSEL: FIELD DEVELOPMENT SHIP (SAIPEM FDS2)

RESPONSIBILITIES /ACCOMPLISHMENT: As a RiggerOnboardFDS2

- Rigging of Riser and Spools for subsea

installation.

- I carry out a visual routine check of lifting

accessories& tools to ensure they are in

good working condition.

- I support the marine team during

mooring and unmooring vessel & spread.

- I ensure compliance to safe rigging

practices at every step of the rigging

process.

- Perform cleanliness and maintenance

duties on rigging equipment and tools.

- I make sure that all rigging gear is stored

in a proper manner and is ready for the

next shift.

- I present a work reports at the end of

each shift.

signals so as to ensure the safety and

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOMPLISHMENT: As a Rigger

I undertake subsea rigging & ROV

rigging support services, ship to ship

cargo transfers, taking dynamic factor

into cognizance.

- I ensure that all certification is up to

date& are correctly color coded.

- I assist in tooling, deployment &

recoveries of subsea material via:

Subsea Test Manifold (STM),

Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), Subsea

Power Hydraulic Unit (SPHU), PB, XFL,

HFL, BOP, ACID WELL STIMULATION.

- I support the marine team during

mooring&unmooring vessel &

spread.

- I report unsafe working condition, any

near misses & incidents.

- Performed selection of rigging &

lifting gear with respect to safe

working load ( SWL ).

- I ensure running taglines are correctly

installed& recovery of crane wire with

rigging to deck.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOMPLISHMENT As a Rigger/Banks man

- I attach loads to rigging machinery in

order to move them from one place to

another.

- I ensure that pulleys and blocks are

properly attached to beams, ceilings and

pole booms.

bolts and clamps are used for each

attachment.

Proactively determined obstruction

affecting structural stability on a major

site and communicated the same

effectively, which led the management to

resolve the issue and avoid hazardous

rigging timely.

I suggest the replacement of the metal

part of the ace winch to avoid any

abrasion that can lead to damage the

dynema rope resulting in a release of

storage energy with possibility to injure

someone due to the tension.

QATAR GAS (2009-2010)

OFFSHORE QATAR

POSITION: DECK FOREMAN

Carry out Deck Foreman’s responsibilities such as plan deck crew jobs, offload/backload cargo. Organize and Supervise the rigging jobs, scaffolding activities, material distribution, waste segregation, housekeeping, washing of platforms and bridges. Operates all the cranes of the Field platforms. Carry out regular inspection of the crane and report malfunctions and defects of the cranes.

Carry out the HLO duties as responsible for safety of personnel and equipment on helideck during helicopter operations. Comply with all safety rules and regulations concerning with Heli-fuel skid inspection, landings, take offs, shutdowns and refuelling of helicopters.

Coordinate with FLO and deck crews. Provide all required assistance to maintenance, production, construction and safety crews. Supervises helideck assistants and passengers/freight on and off aircraft.

Converses wit Logistics Officer pertaining to operation requirement. Coordinates loading/offloading of aircraft with helicopter crews.Responsible for the operation of the whole helicopter fuel system according to field operating procedures. Takes fuel samples and test for contamination daily and prior to refueling of aircraft.

Takes fuel system checks and keep records. Keeps record of fuel quantity in fuel bulk tanks and advise and organize when refilling of tanks required. Maintains proper records of fuel dispatched and received. Control and account for the safe movement of hazardous good to and from the platforms in line with International Dangerous Goods (IMDG) regulations. Arrange recertification of all lifting gears and equipments on NFB during bi-annual inspection and carry out corrective actions as per the TPI Inspection report. Arrange the required mandatory training for the new deck crews and crane operators.

Assist to FLO to check-in passengers and updating the POB systems in the Company’s computerized tracking system. Supervise all required rigging and scaffolding activities on platforms and meet environmental expectations by maintaining high housekeeping standards on all platforms at all times. Maintain records of all Lifting gears available at platform and comply with all necessary requirement for adhoc and bi-annual lifting gear inspection activities.

Responsible for support of Company Safety, environment and quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities in accordance with PTW and management system.
