Supervise & instruct contractor for installation of Lightings, HVAC & Generator, Automation & Instrumentation such as Pressure Transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Solenoid Valves, Limit Switches, Level Transmitters, Level Gauges Pressure Indicators, Pressure Safety Valves, SCADA, PLC System, PAGA System, Flame / Heat Detectors, ESD Push Button, Beacon. Verify location of equipments as per appropriate layout drawing. Familiar with all Permit to work system onboard the vessel such as Hot work permit, Tank Entry Permit, Energization of Power Plant ( 13.8 KV,

6.6 KV, 11 KV, 440 V and 220 V ) Lock out and Tag out of Switchboard/Circuit Breakers, Megger Test, Main Switchboard and Emergency Switchboard Cleaning and Retightening and other systems for work acceptance and commissioning of system.

Responsible of System Pre-commissioning. Confirm function test certificate is complete. Ensure all equipment is clean, free from dust and preservation materials removed. Check rating of each MCB against circuit power requirements and distribution board schedule. Check open and close operation of each MCB.

Check distribution board to vessel ground resistance. Check and Record Feeder cable continuity and insulation resistance. Confirm Distribution board is correct and clearly labeled within board. Confirm all branch circuits are isolated in compliance with the Project Permit to Work Procedure. With distribution board incoming circuit breaker open, energize feeder and confirm correct voltage and phase rotation.
