Includes 11 acute hospitals, 4 skilled nursing facilities, 6 large diagnostic and treatment centers and approximately 90 community based clinics.

Consolidated eight independent IT organizations to one centralized shared services division reducing annual costs by approximately $22M.

Consolidated redundant business/clinical applications onto single enterprise systems realizing a $20M reduction in annual costs. (Electronic Medical Records, Enterprise Resource Planning, Radiology, Laboratory, Blood Bank and Dentistry).
