Job Profile: Assistant Sales Coordinator

Sending Quotation to clients

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Job Profile: Purchasing Assistant

Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.

Track the status of any orders.

Obtains price quotes from multiple suppliers.

Issues purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery date, quantity ordered and price are correct.

Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.

Request cash payment

Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product quality and recommend improvements to all pricing.

Contact suppliers to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies.

Doing and managing monthly order status reporting for Monthly Purchases and Break-up of Consumables & Raw materials- Local and Overseas order.

Evaluate quality and price of products, including suppliers' services and return policies.
