Managed a high-performance team of 40 Associates and Assistant Managers to achieve $10M in sales. Ranked in Top 3% of the company based on annual sales volume. Focused the team on building product knowledge of 6,000 skus in a 25,000 sq. ft. store (500,000 skus on website). Chosen to turnaround underperforming stores.
