Perform “Build or Buy” analysis providing management with a report supporting a decision to either purchase a vended software package, build/develop a solution internally or a hybrid combination of Build and Buy to meet needs of business.
Document the “As Is” state of the current system and define the “Will Be” of the new system based on business requirement providing diagrams of the proposed application functionality including user stories.
Implement a vended “SaaS” railyard tracking application having seemless integration on the partners desktop and integration with other vended applications.
