Increased Crown’s productivity to meet all of Triad’s internal requirements, eliminating their previous need for outside contractors. In addition, gained $240K in outside non-Triad business for Crown.

Report sales, analyze sales versus costs, and determine realization to quoted/estimated costs and profitability.

Establish work standards, schedule equipment and personnel.

Maintain quality control by inspecting jobs before shipping.

Manage and direct all Paint, Masking, Preparation and Shipping supervisors (14 employees). Hire and train new staff. Recommend promotions, pay increases, corrective action as needed.

Control and report hazardous waste materials as company liaison to the San Jose Hazardous Materials Office, San Jose Water Pollution Control Office, and the Bay Area Air Quality District.
