In this capacity, I have been and continue to be responsible for the following, Responsible for all aspects of safety program. All Logistics and Shipping Management, Fleet Management (6-9 vehicles), Backup IT(user lockouts, session kills, printer issues, new equipment installs, O365 Admin, Assume responsibilities of IT Manager when he is unavailable) Inventory Control (cycle counts & warehouse organization) Production Scheduling to meet or exceed customer expectations. Time Management, Shared HR responsibilities with many managers, but, since the warehouse was the largest department, it mainly fell upon me. Responsible for all Hiring and Terminations in my department. I also compile payroll hours for 6 branches to pass forward to our corporate controller.
