Key Responsibilities
My responsibilities as a Customer Service Officer is to provide fast and efficient customer service to my customers face to face, on the phone and or email. Some of my key responsibilities are:
ü Teller-serving customers through accepting deposits, withdraws, Balance/ Statements check with attention to details.
