I am responsible for daily interactions with employees in regard to all HR related functions, including new hires, employee benefits, employee hours, and maintain accurate employee records. I also have the responsibility of maintaining the security monitoring system which includes adding, removing and maintaining an accurate accountability of entry badges for the facility and photo id badges for all employees as well as contract labor - TSA approved. I oversee our domain server and adding and removing new staff to our domain as well as new computers / devices. I also maintain our mobile phone lines as needed for 34 employees. This requires me to add remove apps, add email accounts on mobile devices as well as trouble shoot when there are issues. As Facility Coordinator, I am responsible for making sure the facility is safe for the staff and in the event, we have any issues I work with outside vendors / service providers to be sure that we correct any issues. I am also the one who purchases our IT equipment and I am the one who works with the web designers to help maintain an up to date website as well as working without side vendors for business cards and other company products such as letter heads, envelopes, flyers

etc. My position also requires me to arrange overnight mailings as well as customer mail outs. My favorite part of my job is working with customers and customer for me are not only employees but those individuals who call in for any situation ranging from requesting payment status, to looking for verification on delivery. These are just some of my day to day tasks at times I am required to run reports for sales, for customer leads as well as add new entries to our CRM software.
