Hello and thank you for giving your time and consideration with my resume.

I have for the last 20+ years or so worked in the building maintenance industry. Where I have worked hard and gained experience and skills in this field.

For the most part I started in the casino hotels as a maintenance mechanic.

My duties where but not limited to electric, plumbing, carpentry, tile, flooring, HVAC, sign fabrication and design.

I would daily interact with a multitude of people and would have to quickly and efficiently fix any problems they where having.

Eventually I was promoted to Lead mechanic where I learned scheduling, inventory, job planning, and budgeting.

After the closing of most casinos in Atlantic City I found myself working for the Absecon Board of Education as a maintenance / custodian. There I was quickly promoted to night supervisor of Marsh school.

I now find myself at Servpro which is an emergency fire and water restoration company.

There I am a production manager in charge of putting together and supervising a team of people which on a daily basis do demolition and reconstruction on businesses as well as residential homes.

My other duties include safety trainer, inventory manager, as well as filling in for the crew when needed.

I have experience in residential electric, plumbing, and carpentry.
