Wipro Technologies @ CLK Energy Group from 10/2014 –10/2017 Project Lead/ Solution Architect

As a Project Lead/Solution Architect responsible for leading and coordinating team of around 10 resources at onsite and 20+ at offshore for the process reengineering, delivery, development, support and maintenance of Oracle CC&B for CLK Energy Transformation Program. During Program, around 20 Business Processes reengineered (Billing and CRM) +60 FDDs has been prepared and delivered, for achieving this +200 workshops facilitated with stakeholders. Completed the first go-live of CC&B implementation for Sivas region with nearly 1 million customers with a smooth go-live period.
