Led a team of 50 IBM, Global Delivery, and subcontractor resources to configure Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and PROPworks Revenue Management applications to support business processes for Asset Management, Budgeting, Core Accounting, Procure to Pay, and Revenue Management workstreams. Addressed design issues and product defects for Hyperion Planning, Workforce Planning, and Performance scorecard applications. Coordinated User Acceptance Testing, End-User Training, Cutover Planning, Dry Run, Conversion, and Post-Production Support activities. Managed 30 Task Orders/Task Assignments for two Lines of Business providing Operations & Maintenance, Small Enhancements, Enterprise Application Implementation, Software Development, SOA Services Enablement and other Information Technology Services to FDIC. Supported a portfolio of 175 customer applications including PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft EPM, and PeopleSoft HCM. Led a project to upgrade PeopleSoft Financials from version 8.4 to version 9.0 and PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management from version 8.8 to version 9.0 and to migrate these applications from an IBM Mainframe/DB2 environment to Oracle/UNIX. Completed a technical assessment of FDIC’s PeopleSoft HCM implementation to identify potential benefits of upgrading and supported the development of a business case to justify FDIC’s planned investment. Initiated a project to upgrade this application from version 8.8 to version 9.1 and migrate it from Windows/SQL Server to the same Oracle/UNIX platform as the other PeopleSoft applications. Led an integrated team of 12 IBM, contractor and DOE resources to design, implement and support a Data Warehouse and Financial Reporting system serving 1400 users across the Department. The Data Warehouse is integrated with Oracle Federal Financials and leverages Oracle Portal, Oracle Warehouse Builder and Oracle Developer Suite. Managed a team of 40 IBM contractor and DOE resources supporting an Oracle Federal Financials implementation including General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Purchasing and Fixed Assets modules. Provided system maintenance, end user support, Help Desk services, on-site training and developed enhancements required to support DOE business processes. Transitioned effort to an 8A firm selected by DOE to provide long-term O&M support.
