PROFILE
An HR Generalist and Compensation Analyst with experience providing analytical, technical, and day-to-day administrative support to the human resources function including competitive salary analysis, incentive plan development and administration, cost modeling and compensation plan analysis, ad hoc reporting, and HR system implementation and administration. The last 12-years have focused on providing day-to-day administrative support; prior experience was more project/consultant driven.

Maintain job and compensation structures within the company’s HR Management System
Generate and analyze ad hoc reports from a variety of information systems
Provide support in the implementation and ongoing administration of HR system(s)
Provide analytical and administrative support for projects

Developed a Professional Career Ladder Programs at several organizations from hi-tech to health care. From concept and design to implementation.
Coordinated the design and development of an International Salary Program for a prominent semi-conductor company in Silicon Valley. Delivering a common-salary structure and development of global leveling criteria and career ladder progression within all job families. Resulting in changes not only for international locations but corporate headquarters as well.
Developed It’s a People Development Tool, Not Just a Score Card a Performance Management Training Program including process, evaluation forms and training materials. Implemented at several companies across several industry segments.
Developed and implemented a bonus program to leverage a planned suppression in base salary increases. Net savings of $2 MM or 10% of “fixed” salary expense.
Directed M&A activities in the integration of compensation and benefit programs. Including base, incentive, equity, PTO and welfare benefit programs. Projects have included an audit of international and domestic compensation and benefit programs.
Consolidated 20+ sales compensation plans from 8 separate Strategic Business Units into 3 plan designs for the entire organization. Worked directly with SBU Executives to facilitate the outcome.
