Duties and Key Accomplishments:

Manage Facilities equipment maintenance with expense and capital budgets that average $24M per year and cover over 1.4M sq. ft. of building.

Responsible for Security budget and site operations at Fort Collins, Longmont, Colorado Springs and Mendota Heights MN.

Relocated LSI Reliability and Test labs to the Ziegler site; worked with contractors on facilitating utilities for lab equipment.

Moved 144 employees and office furniture to Ziegler from the LSI site.

Project coordinated all trades to move a 500KW Diesel Generator to Ziegler.

Managed a 6-month project at LSI with Clean Harbors to decon all hazardous piping and equipment.

Managed critical company name transition signage project: Avago to Broadcom.

Worked with City of Fort Collins on energy savings project. Hired contractor to replace T8 fluorescent lamps with LED’s in two buildings. Cost saving $23K per year.

Worked with Realtor to sell LSI property. Managed site tours with prospective buyers and located a buyer in Loveland that purchased the building for 5.5M.

Replaced outdated Building HVAC automation system at Colorado Springs.

Managed all facilities operations at multiple sites located in Georgia, Texas, Kansas, Colorado and Minnesota.
