Role: I am working as a Project Manager of a team which is looking into Development, support and maintenance work. I have strong experience in every phase of SDLC. I was a lead of a development project and done requirement analysis, Requirement Specification document (BRS/FRS) preparation, assign task to junior team members, communicating with client on daily basis to guide the project to get UAT sign-off and ultimately moving project into production. I am guiding the QA team for audit of projects as well.

Role: Piyal is part of the SharePoint team. He is mainly working on development of SharePoint Visual web part, Workflow, Dashboard, Multilingual and UI Design through SharePoint Designer in the project. The technical environment comprised of SharePoint 2010, Visual Studio 2010 (.Net 4.0) and SQL Server 2008. Besides Software development following Agile Methodology, he participates in Daily Scrum call to convey the issues/risks of the project to Scrum Master and Product Owner.

Role: Piyal is a part of the .net team, which is working towards on .net framework 4.0, mainly on Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) which is a set of development tools available in the form of a Visual Studio add-in (project templates) and a runtime that allows Microsoft Office 2003 and later versions of Office applications to host the .NET Framework Common Language Runtime (CLR) to expose their functionality via the .NET type system.
