Work with the Project Manager to develop master schedules for the projects and assist with the establishment of project goals and projections consistent with master project schedules.

Monitor and maintain good communication with crew leads to coordinate all labor and participate in all in-house and owner site work pre-construction meetings.

Review all site work, establish a 2 week look ahead and schedule in weekly Subcontractor and OAC meetings as well as maintain daily master schedule, schedule inspections, write RFI's, take photos and maintain daily reports.

Slab on Grade 2 Story - Type l, ll and lll Construction.

On this commercial project was a 30 feet high Tilt-Up structure and is a complete T.I. with lots of demo and new footings, columns, steel Framing and pan deck going in to establish a 2nd floor within the structure that will become a total of 160,000 sq ft of floor space to accommodate a full gym with a pool, retail offices and restaurant space.

The sense of urgency will always be a task everyday between Sub-Contractors, RFI's and calling in for inspections (City & Special inspections) and its without question these task are common from day to day operations.

At the end of each day log into the company server and email in the dailies and photos.
