Planning for the new project, BOM preparation, Material Indent, On time Execution of the Project.
Established Master Slave Configuration between AC drives of Power Flex series, established communication between AC drives & PLC. By doing so we are able to reduce the no of input output card required to run the machine as in the new configuration drives are start getting command directly from PLC & We are able to read drive online parameter for further data analysis, which is ultimately help us to take corrective action before any issue occurred in the drive or equipment connected to it.
Prepared control logic for the extension of existing Zones of two no of Impregnator & handled the commissioning activities of the new Impregnator installed.
Solved the issue of continuous failure of RTD cards installed in the plant to show the temperature of Hydraulic Press Platens & Centre Boards by using a signal isolator. Earlier on an average we use to replace one faulty card per month.
Solved the issue in the hydraulic presses installed, sometimes the press came down accidentally due to malfunctioning of certain signals which leads to loss of approximately 3 lakhs rupees product that is inside the press. Solved the issue by modification in existing logic & SCADA graphics.
Solved the issues related to communication & hardware failure in 25 nos of SEW made AC drives installed to run a potato flakes machine in our plant. All the drives are controlled by Siemens made PLC through profibus communication. Successfully replaced these drives by Siemens G120 drives & solved the issue.
Handling a team of three engineers & six technicians to carry out predictive, corrective maintenance, 1230 kWp Solar power plant maintenance.

Commissioned Scrapper Chain Conveyor System with its hydraulic control & interlock which resulted in availability of bottom ash conveying system to the main unit & also improved the reliability as well as reduced human error and saved manpower & human efforts

Troubleshoot issues such as PLC communication failure, IO card failure, Instrument signal failure, Network failure.
Installed new controllers & communication cards; downloaded all configurations & established all types of communication thus helped in increasing productivity, improving availability & reliability and reducing manpower & manual operation as well as streamlined Ash Handling Plant for new unit.
Implemented 2 major Kaizen which improved process of operation, this was majorly achieved by preparing:
oNew logic & graphics for auto operation of service water pumps with auto frequency control in accordance to pressure which reduces energy consumption as earlier the operator always keep three pumps running which consumes more energy than the present scenario whereas only two pumps were sufficient to maintain the system this resulted in reducing manpower requirement & human error possibility
oNew logic & graphics for calculating number of conveying cycles completed in each pass of ESP & to record previous period which saves operator time to maintain the record & provides accuracy
oNew logic for time & level mode operation of ESP Ash Conveying System
Integrated a remote-control room to a centralized control room which resulted in manpower reduction as earlier one person in each shift was required to operate the plant
Integration of remote control room resulted in reduction of inventory cost, and enabled data sharing over the network
