Have served as a field engineer and instrument designer, Senior Field Engineer on various process engineering assignments. I am presently working as the Deputy Engineering Manager on the LNG project for Cheniere in Corpus Christi. Experienced with a wide variety of refinery, chemical, LNG, petrochemical units, including olefins and fertilizers. Sonaref Refinery Project, Lobito, Angola/ October 2013 to August 2016 Cheniere Refinery Project, Corpus Christi, Tx/ Dec 2016 to present Deputy Technical Services Manager / December 2016 to present/ Cheniere Refinery Project I am responsible for the feed package for Construction, the construction project documents, material estimating and equipment statusing for this project. Am also involved in reviewing subcontractors feed packages. Areas of responsibility, the routing and installation of the electrical and water systems for the estimate.

Also work with the various subcontractors on their areas of expertise, such as the electrical routing system, road construction, water distribution study. Further to this I also utilized my experience in interfacing with both the Client, CHENIERE, the various local subcontractors and the offshore subcontractors for their proposed scopes of work. Among other duties am responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities are:

• Provides construction support to the Contractor construction management in the execution and supporting effort of the Subcontractors.

• Worked with the KBR Contractor team in ensuring that planning and schedule objectives are meet for the Subcontractor work scopes for the LNG facility.

• Working with the project to generate the FERC application.

• Serves as an interface between local electrical company to assure that the power requirement is met.

• Worked with a number of the all subcontractor supplied vendor service representatives as required in supporting the construction works.

• Provides support to subcontractor’s organization in maintaining quality of Subcontractors works to meet project expectations.

I am responsible for field engineering, design, material requisitioning and tracking of materials for this project. Am also involved, at present, in the trouble shooting subcontractors engineering package from the vendor package documents, designing packages, interfacing loop diagrams for the control system, to the preliminary loop checkout. Areas of responsibility, beyond the above, is the installation of the Access Control system, the installation of the Cathodic Protection system, the routing and installation of the fuel gas system, the layout and installation of the Temporary Water and Waste water systems, the Camp construction for both the Temporary and Permanent facilities at the Biopio Pump Station and the compliance of the installation of the ductile iron piping from the Pump Station to the Refinery..

Also work with the various subcontractors on their areas of expertise, such as the Wharf, Water Tank, Road construction, Water storage. Further to this I also utilized my experience in interfacing with both the Client, SONAREF, the various local subcontractor and the offshore subcontractors. Among other duties am responsible for the following: RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities are:

• Provides technical support to the Contractor construction management in the execution and supporting effort of the Subcontractors.

• Works with Contractor team in ensuring that planning and schedule objectives are meet for the Subcontractor work scopes, which are civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation for the Biopio Pump Station.

• Coordinates the resolution of field technical issues using the RFI work process.

• Serves as an interface between Subcontractor and Contractor engineering in ensuring that technical interpretations are provided in a timely manner to avoid or minimize construction delays

• Coordinates all Contractor supplied vendor service representatives as required in supporting the construction works.

• Provides support to Client at site and serves an interface in communication of areas as related to the construction & engineering effort

• Oversees the installation works and performs look heads and reviews of engineering drawings, vendor information, etc. to meet project and construction objectives.

• Coordinates and provides daily support to the Contractor’s field construction engineering staff, which is composed of expatriate and Nigerian Chevron engineers, working in the disciplines of civil foundations, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, vessels, exchangers, rotating equipment, rigging, insulation, painting, fireproofing, cathodic protection and structural steel.

• Provides support to Contractor’s QC organization in maintaining quality of Subcontractors works to meet project expectations. Interfaces with:

To review stamp and sign all procedures related to fabrication for the Project Senior Field Engineer / September 2002 until December 2006 / Kome Gathering Facility, Chad Responsible for field engineering, design, material requisitioning and tracking of materials for project. During the assignment in Skikda, Algeria and Kome, Chad was involved in trouble shooting our engineering package from the vendor package documents, designing, interfacing loop diagrams for the Honeywell system, to preliminary loop checkout. Areas of responsibility were the new airfield, the landfill (which included a Hazardous Waste incinerator, Municipal Waste incinerator), Camp construction for both the Temporary and Permanent facilities and the Central Treating Facility (which included the Operations Center).

• Utilizing my knowledge to resolve problems, developed resolution to issues and taken action to assure a structured resolution to the issues on the job.

• My tasks have been varied and multiple, which called for a diverse and broad relationship with both the client, the local work force and my fellow expat employees throughout the various disciplines of the project.

• Am accountable for the engineering staff and provide both support and direction to their activities both in the field office and within the field team, the client as well as the subcontractor’s personnel.

Field Engineer / July 1985 to December 2002/ Arzew and Skikda, Algeria Responsible for field engineering, design, material requisitioning and tracking, and subcontract administration. During the assignment in Al-Jubail was involved in trouble shooting our engineering package from the vendor package documents, designing, interfacing loop diagrams for Foxboro, TDC 2000 system, to preliminary loop checkout. At the Great Plains Gasification project, was involved with reviewing and updating the existing boiler control scheme, preparing the instruments data sheets and designing the installation details (being certain they complied with engineering specifications). Other duties include development of final certified as-built drawings for instrument pneumatic and instrument electrical installations.

Instrument Designer / January 1980 to June 1985

Have served as an instrument designer with responsibilities for the design of instrument piping process details, pneumatic loops and pneumatic location drawings, instrument wiring
