Project Description: 5 nos. of Industrial Buildings in Chakan MIDC, Pune for TATA Autocomp System Ltd(Client); (Design Consultant: TCE Ltd., Pune) which consist of RCC, PEB structures and utility buildings. The scope for supervision started from land development work (about 82 acres) and to be handed over 5 out of 5 industrial buildings with fully operational finish.

Job Profile: As Civil Engineer responsible for handling land development of whole stretch of 82 acres. Thereafter foundations of all 5 industrial business units. Site monitoring, scheduling activities all execution related work, supervising and directing team and ensuring that the delivery of construction activity as per scheduled plan.

Project Activities Responsibilities –

Preparation/Updation of Project Schedules consisting of Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
