M.Tech Project: Fabrication of Baremetal Stent using Photochemical Machining
Funded by TEQIP-II and in collaboration with ICT, Mumbai
Design and analyzed the stent prototypes.
Developed alternate and economic manufacturing process–PCM -alternative to Laser Machining for stent.
Fabricate economic special purpose machine ( SPM); Spray Etching Machine
Fish Bone Analysis was done to find out all probable factors affecting stent prototype and eliminate unnecessary factors.
Used Design of Experiment (DoE) & experiments were performed using L-27 array
Optimized the process parameters for best etching parameters.
Dimensional achievement for fabricate stent prototype is 70-80% with good surface finish.
Cost reduction occurs about 30-40% may be more after successful completion of project - USP of the project
B.E Project: Design and fabrication of Automated Multi Storey Car Parking System
Design pallet and lifting mechanism for light vehicles
Done mathematical calculations to determine dimensions of part considering actual constraints.
Mechatronics used for automation and fabricate prototype.
