Project Description: GLIC is a health group which provides health insurance for millions of families. One of the division in GLIC health group is dental. QMP (Quality management program) is a web application developed for a GLIC-Dental. The objective of this application is to develop an internal application which will be operated by quality management team (internal users from GLIC) to generate, track, record and resolve all complaints and feedback raised against dentist or dentist clinic from Subscriber or Patient.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Performed GAP Analysis by identifying existing technologies, mapped the current and expected processes respectively.

Conducted and lead the JAD sessions with end users and team members to setup project goals and objectives, issues resolution, and system design for effective software development.

Documented requirement as Product Backlog for the project solution team.

Prioritized the Product backlog as per business value and prepared Low-Level Functional Requirement Document for developer teams.

Worked with AWS team to set up Jenkins.
