Extensive experience in Endur V12 to V16 Front, Middle and Back office modules including risk management, P&L reporting, settlements, invoicing and reporting.

Responsible for managing programs and projects for Global Custom Services for Openlink across their product suite of applications including Endur and RightAngle.

Championed and implemented IT project methodology improvements including standards and tools across Global Custom services and the Professional Services organization. Jul’2013 – Sep’2014: Dell Financial Services, Austin: Program Management Consulting Consulting for Dell Financial Services IT. Responsibilities include IT program delivery management as part of Business Partner Management (BPM) group.

Manage program delivery for implementing end to end solution for captive financing for commercial customers in Mexico. This is a multi-year effort of $12 mil investment.

Responsibilities include all aspects of program management for the 12+ work streams which include several vendor solutions.

Manage communications with business sponsors, business work stream leads and IT executive leadership and point of escalation for all IT risks and issues across the entire program.

Developed roadmap for platform refresh program for their 70+ applications across America’s portfolio and syndication with executive leadership team. Program benefits include 90% virtualization of servers and 30% reduction in cost.

Managed business and other key stake holder relationships, project execution for all phases, program financials including managing variances, addressing risk and issues and efficiently manage and prioritize $10+ mil yearly IT budget for several years.

End to end project management for Strategic Country Risk Stress Calculator, built for all wholesale banking products covering 6 to 7 million transactions. Managed all phases of project and completed them on time to meet aggressive time imposed by regulators.

Responsible for the execution of multi-year strategic high performance risk calculation engine build out. This was part of a larger business and technology re-engineering effort for enterprise risk technology suite of applications.

Executed large end to end initiatives to integrate commodities target state architecture and merger integration projects. Project resulted in consolidation of application stack and improved operational process efficiencies.

Managed application development projects to introduce new risk methodology and analytics including value-at-risk (VaR) methodology, monte-carlo simulation based exposure calculation. Business benefits include reduction of firm’s capital by reducing risk weighted assets by several billions.

Responsibilities include management of several infrastructure initiatives including performance and resiliency project.
