Description: These sites are already running using old Controllers Mark VI, V. Site requirement was to upgrade to Mark VIe control system along with ETS Autotune update.

Responsibilities:

Upgrading Control system from old controller to latest platform.

Implementation of ETS Autotune along with required Pre requisites.

Cimplicity SCADA development.

Make VISIO drawing & material Preparation.

Make communication between PLC and Server through Ethernet.

Simulating the whole developed logic in latest platform using Unity/Artemis.

Description: These sites are already running units. As per GE standards these are updated with additional software coding for better functioning as per TIL’s

Description: GE was already using HMI screens in UI (User Interface) standards. As per GE global customers request and maintain common standards as per ANSI UI screens have been standardized to UX (User Experience)

Responsibilities:

Standardizing screens for all Frames (F class, E Class, H Class etc.).

Developing new DCS objects and scripting them for use as Smart objects.

Using VB script for better functioning of screens.

Testing each and every developed screens using Virtual controller/Unity/Artemis.

Developing new screens are per P & ID’s.

Developed screens in Max case.

Uploaded final set of screens to ACME location for site specific usages.

Developing the Control Logic for the BOP systems like Condensate, Feed Water, Circulating Water, Denim water etc., as per Customer Inputs.

Developing HMI screens for all HRSG, BOP Mechanical & BOP Electrical Systems in UX & Non UX standards.
